Additionally, Himalayan stones are made of pure Himalayan salt which provide the added benefit of replenishing and nourishing your skin and body with over 80 minerals. Reiki
Reiki (ray-kee) is both a holistic healing practice and spiritual path developed in early 20th century Japan. Similar to the subtle flow of Prana in a Yoga class or Qi/Chi in the course of a Qigong or Tai Chi practice, Reiki is vital energy that balances our body and mind. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client in order to stimulate emotional or physical healing.
By allowing the healing energy to flow freely throughout the body, Reiki is believed to help resolve emotional distress and energy blockages. Improving the body’s energetic alignment may result in relaxation through a reduction of stress and anxiety, an improved sense of well-being, and a decrease of pain and tension throughout the body.
Our Reiki sessions are currently offered as stand-alone Reiki sessions OR as a Reiki+Massage infusion sessions. All of our Reiki sessions include complementary sound healing (if desired).
What is sound healing?
Sound healing is the use of specialized frequency tuned instruments that create tones and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit.
