Are Appointments Required?
Yes. Appointments are required. We are open 7 days a week by appointment only. We do not accept ANY walk-ins. To schedule an appointment, you can call 571.419.8543 or schedule online.
All couples massage appointments must be scheduled via phone in order to ensure your appointments are booked together in the couples suite.

Intake Forms
All first time clients must submit the required massage or facial intake form online prior to your appointment so your therapist or esthetician can prepare for your session. You will receive the link to submit your form in the required forms section of the appointment booking confirmation email you will receive upon scheduling your appointment.
What Time Should I Arrive For My Appointment?
Please plan to arrive about 5-10 minutes early. If you arrive earlier than 15 minutes before your appointment start time, our suite door may still be locked. If you arrive late for your appointment, you may only be able to receive the remaining time of your session.
What is your address and is parking available?
Our address is 6218 B Old Franconia Rd. Alexandria VA 22310. We are located on the second floor in suite B. Please note: we do not have an elevator.
We have free parking in our parking lot. You may park in any available space
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule multiple or couples appointment bookings and 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a single appointment booking. We do require a credit card at the time of scheduling your appointment. This card will not be charged unless you fail to provide the applicable 24-48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To cancel or reschedule, you will need to call or email. Please visit the FAQs section of our website for a list of all cancellation fees.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can easily change into and out of. During your session you will be covered with professional draping with our linens.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
To prepare for your appointment, please be sure to read your booking confirmaiton email. This email will provide all important details regarding your appointment as well as the links to submit your required massage and/or facial form.
Avoid eating a heavy meal before your massage as you may feel uncomfortable when laying face down on the table. Be sure to drink plenty of water before your session to ensure your muscles are hydrated.
What are some post service tips?
After your session, be sure to drink plenty of water to help flush out any toxins that may have been released.
If your therapist provided you with any specific after-care tips, be sure to keep those in mind once you're home.
