6 things to know before scheduling online.
If you are scheduling an appointment for someone other than yourself,

book their appointment under their name, email us and we will make the

If you have a gift card, be sure to mention your gift card number after you
schedule your appointment. To provide your gift card information you can call,
email, or leave a note in the appointment booking notes section.

Your appointment is NOT booked until we have APPROVED your request.
Once your request for your desired appointment date and time has been submitted,
you will receive an email or message notifying you that your request was successfully
submitted. Your appointment is NOT booked until we have APPROVED your request.
Once we have received your appointment request, you will receive a follow up
email letting you know whether we were able to approve OR not approve
your request for that particular date and time. Sometimes scheduling conflicts
can occur so please be on the lookout for this follow up approval or denial email.
We typically approve (or deny) all appointment requests within 1-2 hours of
If you do not receive ANY emails or messages from us after your request has
been submitted one of two things has happened;
1) your request was NOT successfully submitted, please try again
2) you do NOT have the "subscribe to email/text notifications and reminders" boxes
selected on your Mindbody account. If you are concerned that this was the reason you did not
receive any follow up emails or messages from us please call (571.419.8543)
or email ([email protected]) so we can determine if your appointment
request was received.
To cancel your appointment you will need to call or email.
You will be required to provide a credit card at the time you schedule your appointment. This credit card will NOT be charged unless you do not provide at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not have any prepaid sessions on your account, you will be charged a late cancel fee. Please note; we will ALWAYS try to re-book your time slot before charging you a late cancel fee or redeeming a prepaid session. If we are not successful in re-booking your appointment, the late cancel fees are as follows;
$50 for a 60 minute session, $75 for a 90 minute session, $100 for a 120 minute session.
