FREQUENTLY ASKED ONLINE BOOKING QUESTIONS

  • The $30 OFF New Client Massage Special can be applied towards any regular priced 60 minute, 90 minute, or 2 hour classic massage service (Swedish, deep tissue, or prenatal)

    The 15% OFF New Client Facial Discount can be applied towards any regular priced 60 minute or 90 minute classic facial.

  • Yes. If you are a new client, you MUST submit the required applicable new client paperwork form(s) online before your appointment so your therapist or esthetician can prepare for your session. The link to access and  submit your intake form(s), will be in the required forms section of the booking confirmation email you will receive upon scheduling your appointment.

  • Yes. We use Mindbody for our appointment booking platform. You will need to either create a new account or log into an exisiting Mindbody account to schedule. 

  • To schedule an appointment online, visit the online booking section of our official website at www.massageforserenity.com/online-booking. 

    • Select the appointment type you want to schedule

    • Select the therapist you want to see (or leave on "all therapists" to see availability with everyone)

    • Select the date range you're looking to schedule

    • Select search

    • All available appointment times will appear below the calendar (if no times appear below the calendar, that means there is no availability within that date range for your specific combination of selections--please select a new date range or modify your selections of appointment type and therapist)

    • Next, you will either login to your existing Mindbody account if you already have one or create a Mindbody account. Please note: a credit card is required to be on file at the time of scheduling. We do not charge the card on file except for in the event of a late cancel/reschedule or no show.

  • If you are scheduling an appointment for someone other than yourself, the appointment MUST be scheduled under THEIR name. You will need to create a Mindbody profile for them with their name. If you are booking the appointment as a surprise for them, you can create the account using your contact information. 

  • We do offer couples massage. You MUST call to schedule all couples massages in order to ensure your appointments can be scheduled in the same room. 571.419.8543

  • You will receive a  confirmation email and/or text if your appointment is successfully scheduled. If you do not immediately receive ANY booking notifications after scheduling your appointment, please call us right away to ensure your appointment was in fact successfully scheduled. 571.419.8543

  • You will be required to provide a credit card at the time you schedule your appointment. This credit card will NOT be charged unless you do not provide the applicable 48 or 24 hours’ notice to cancel OR reschedule your appointment.  Please visit the FAQ section of our website to see all late cancellation/reschedule fees

  • Your gift card can be applied towards any massage or facial service. You MUST provide your gift card number at the time of scheduling your appointment so we can indicate that you have a gift card. If your gift card balance does not fully cover the cost of your service, you can pay the remaining difference via cash or credit card. Once you have scheduled your appointment, you can provide your gift card information by phone (571.419.8543), email (atouchofserenity31@gmail.com), or by inputing your gift card information on the gift card section of your massage or facial intake form.

    PLEASE NOTE: There is no additional cost to schedule a couples massage. The price of a couples session depends solely on the services you both opt to schedule. 

  • To sign up for a yoga class, visit the yoga section of our website. 

  • Yes. You can select the specific therapist you would like to see OR you can leave on "all therapists" to see availability with everyone. 

  • If the appointment time you want is not available, you can submit a waitlist request so we can keep you posted of any cancellations on your preferred dates and times. To submit a waitlist request, please see the waitst button below the booking calendar or click here. 

  • There is no deposit required to schedule an appointment, however, a credit card is required to be on file at the time of scheduling. The credit card on file will be charged in the event of a late cancel/reschedule or no show.
