THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU PURCHASE YOUR GIFT CARDS

• Our gift cards are available for purchase online only. 

​

• Gift cards may either be printed or emailed to your recipient depending on which option you select at the time of your purchase. 

​

• Our gift cards are sold by the service.

​

• Gratuity cannot be added to gift cards.  

​

• If you are purchasing a gift card for a first time client to our studio, be sure to select  one of the "NEW CLIENT" gift card options so that you can purchase their gift card at the new client rate (New client gift cards are applicable to the 60 minute, 90 minute, or 120 minute Swedish, deep tissue, or prenatal)

• If you purchase a "NEW CLIENT" gift card for someone who has actually been here before, they will be responsible for paying the difference in price between the first visit discount and the regular price of the service. If you are not sure whether or not your recipient has been to our studio before, please give us a call to confirm (571.419.8543)

• We strongly encourage you NOT to purchase your gift card "as a guest". Please go through the steps in creating a Mindbody profile for yourself. In the event that your recipient loses their gift card, we will not be able to recover the gift card by searching for your purchase via your name if you checkout as a guest.

​

• If your recipient is not able to use their gift card by the expiration date (3 months from the date of receipt for a single session, 6 months for a 4-pkg, 12 months for an 8 pkg), please let them know that they will still be able to use their gift card. We understand that these are very difficult times, so we are  flexible with the expiration dates.
