Experience deep relaxation and inner calm with our 60 minute Sound Bath. This restorative experience invites you to lie back comfortably while being immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. As the harmonious sounds wash over you, they help quiet the mind, release tension, and encourage a profound sense of balance and well-being.
Sound Bath FAQs
We are located at 6218 B Old Franconia Rd. Our yoga and sound bath studio is on the 3rd Floor. Please note: we do NOT have an elevator.
To sign up for a sound bath, select the view schedule button in the above calendar. Then, select sign up on the date of the class that works best for you. You will be required to create or login to your Mindbody account to sign up for your class. OR if you have our app, you can sign up for the sound bath using our app.
To make your arrival to your sound bath as smooth and hassle free as possible, payment for all sound baths is required at the time you sign up for your sound bath online. Please note: all payments are final. If you need to change your sound bath date, please see the cancel sound bath question below.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. To cancel or reschedule your sound bath, you can call, email, or cancel/reschedule from the app. Please note: prepaid sound baths and classes are not refundable as all sales are final. If you cancel a sound bath with more than 24 hours notice, your prepaid sound bath will be available for use on a future date before its expiration. If you no show for your sound bath or fail to provide at least 24 hours notice, your prepaid sound bath session will be redeemed or forfeited.
A this time, we do not have packages for our sound baths. Sound baths are available for purchase by single session at a time.
Please bring a water bottle. For the sound bath experience, we provide a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye cover but you are welcome to bring your own. Whatever you need to feel the most comfortable!
Yes! No experience is required to participate in a sound bath
Yes. You must sign up and pay for your sound bath online in advance. We do not accept any walk-ins of any kind. To sign up for a sound bath at A Touch of Serenity, visit the sound bath section of our website and view the online calendar to find the best sound bath that works for you.
Please wear clothes that you can comfortably lay in.
There is no minimum age requirement however, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied with an adult.
Sound baths are booked separately from our spa services however many people enjoy pairing a sound bath with a massage for a complete wellness experience.
Our sound baths are relatively small in size. Typically holding 8 or fewer people per experience.
