A general Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) consists of specific light skin-stretching techniques to manually stimulate and promote fluid movement through the Lymphatic System. This form of lymphatic massage is for non-postsurgical clients. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is effective for pain relief, general detoxification, preventative treatments, and reduction of swelling.
What is a Pre-Op Lymphatic Drainage massage?
Preoperative lymphatic drainage massage is best in prepping your body for surgery. This type of massage can help eliminate excess toxins within your tissues which can promote cleaner incisions for a better recovery. Please consult with your doctor or physician for the ideal time to schedule this service prior to your procedure.
What is a Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage massage?
Post Operative Lymphatic Drainage Massage is ideal for after a liposuction procedure or any other surgery there may generate an excess of fluid that your lymphatic system cannot easily handle. This service is done at least 1 week post-op (or at the suggested timing of your doctor) to assist in your healing and recovery. Lymphatic drainage massage can help reduce inflammation, promote circulation, and maintain flexibility. It also helps to reduce or prevent fibrosis or scar tissue. What is Reiki? Reiki (ray-kee) is both a holistic healing practice and spiritual path developed in early 20th century Japan. Similar to the subtle flow of Prana in a Yoga class or Qi/Chi in the course of a Qigong or Tai Chi practice, Reiki is vital energy that balances our body and mind. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client in order to stimulate emotional or physical healing.
By allowing the healing energy to flow freely throughout the body, Reiki is believed to help resolve emotional distress and energy blockages. TMJ Massage Therapy is a specialized massage treatment that is designed to relieve tension, discomfort, and dysfunction in the jaw and surrounding muscles. This service focuses on the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), which connects the jaw to the skull and plays a vital role in talking, chewing, and facial expression.
Using targeted techniques, your therapist works on the jaw, face, and neck. Shoulders, and upper back may also be included if necessary. TMJ massage therapy can help release chronic muscle tension that can contribute to jaw pain, headaches, ear discomfort, clicking or popping of the jaw, and teeth grinding or clenching. For those who need it, intraoral (inside the mouth) techniques may be incorporated with your consent to access deeper jaw muscles safely and effectively.

Lotus Thai Foot Massage
Our Lotus Thai Foot Massage is a deeply therapeutic and soothing 60 minute experience designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance from the ground up. Rooted in traditional Thai massage techniques, this treatment focuses solely on your feet and lower legs—where stress, tension, and stagnant energy often collect.
Your session begins with warm towels to relax the muscles and soften the feet. Your therapist then uses rhythmic compressions, Sen line (Thai energy meridian) work, and targeted pressure with a small reflexology tool along the legs and feet to release tension, improve circulation, and stimulate key pressure points to help create an overall sense of grounding.
