Despite its name, there is no water involved!


A sound bath or sound healing is a deeply relaxing meditation experience where participants are "bathed" in soothing sound waves created by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments.


As you lie comfortably on a yoga mat with your eyes closed, the sounds gently fill the room, creating an immersive environment that encourages relaxation, mindfulness, and mental clarity.


Unlike traditional meditation, there is nothing you need to "do". There are no poses to learn, or techniques to master. Your only job is to relax and simply receive the experience.


How does a sound bath work?

Once everyone is comfortable, your instructor will guide the group into relaxation before beginning the sound experience.


During the session, you'll simply lie down comfortably while listening to the soothing sounds. There is no movement required and expectation to meditate perfectly.


Some people remain fully awake, others drift into a dreamlike state, and some even fall asleep--all of these experiences are completely normal.


What should I bring?


To make your experience as comfortable as possible, we recommend bringing:

  • A yoga mat

  • A blanket

  • A pillow or bolster

  • An eye mask

  • Water for after the session


The more comfortable you are, the easier it is to fully relax
